MMRD Career Academy is committed to supporting our program participants in their career journey.

We assist in interview application with leading companies in Yangon for students who actively participate or complete our program.

Our program providing a pathway to potential employment and allowing them to showcase the skills and knowledge gained through our program.

At MMRD Career Academy, we have implemented a credit system to recognize and reward student achievements throughout the program. Credits are earned through various accomplishments, for example:

Completing classroom training course will earn maximum 110 credits.
Completing both classroom and OJT training course will earn maximum 527 credits.
- For winning financial rewards, students must earn 90% to 100% on maximum credits.
- For the job opportunities at MMRD, students must meet 75% to 100% on maximum credits.
- For the appreciation certificates, students must have at least 45% to 100% on maximum credits.

This system is designed to encourage active participation and provide incentives that support both learning and professional growth.
