At MMRD Career Academy, we have implemented a credit system to recognize and reward student achievements throughout the program. Credits are earned through various accomplishments, for example:

Completing classroom training course will earn maximum 110 credits.

Completing both classroom and OJT training course will earn maximum 527 credits.

For winning financial rewards, students must earn 90% to 100% on maximum credits.

For the job opportunities at MMRD, students must meet 75% to 100% on maximum credits.

For the appreciation certificates, students must have at least 45% to 100% on maximum credits.

FAQs
1. Is there parking near the MMRD Career Academy?
Parking is very difficult near the academy. We advise you to park your vehicles near the Kandawgyi Lake and walk over to the location.
2. Is wifi available?
Yes, Wifi is available, which can be used to connect the students' personal devices.
3. What is the dress code?
No shorts for all genders. We highly recommend smart casual.
4. Can I pay for the programme in installments?
No. Full payment is to be made by course registration deadline, on the Friday before the programme commences.
5. What if I miss a class?
Students need to provide sufficient documentation of their reason of absence in order to be considered for a replacement class.
6. What is the refund policy?
We regret to inform you that all payments made are not refundable.
Students will be added to the waitlist and are expected to join the programme once full payment has been made.
7. Can I bring my parents/friends?
They are permitted to enter the office floor but are not allowed into the classroom.
They are welcome to sit in the reception area.
8. Can I take videos, photos and audio recordings in the class?
Not at all. Our instructors will be sharing their in-depth personal experiences and would appreciate it if the information stays confidential and within the classroom only.
9. Will the lessons be recorded and shared after class?
No. None of the lessons will be recorded for the same purpose mentioned above.
10. Which language use in training?
The Coursework are both Myanmar and English language but the trainer will teach in Myanmar language.
11. Attendance and Participation
A minimum attendance rate of 75% is mandatory to successfully complete the program.
Active participation in all sessions, group activities, and assessments is required.
12. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain professionalism, punctuality, and respect for peers and instructors throughout the program.
Any form of misconduct, harassment, or violation of academy policies may result in immediate dismissal from the program.
